REGIONAL EXHIBITION

The regional exhibition of artists of the Western States was held at the Artcore Gallery Brewery Annex and was curated by Terri Cohn, independent curator, contributing editor of art magazines, art teacher, and a prior national WCA board member.

WOMEN OF COLOR EXHIBITION

The SCWCA-sponsored women of color exhibition was held at the Sister Karen Boccalero Gallery and El Pueblo Gallery. Artists for this exhibition were chosen by curators from museums and cultural institutions representing the cultural diversity of Southern California.

TIMELINE AND MEDIA ROOM

The Timeline and Media Room at the Hyatt was an installation showcasing the work of participating attendees through slide and video, as well as incorporating a timeline of this century's history of women and the arts, culled from the Equity Report.

JUNE WAYNE RETROSPECTIVE

The Los Angeles County Museum of Art featured a June Wayne retrospective.

OTHER SHOWS

Creative Capabilities was an exhibition of work by SCWCA core conference volunteers at the Brewery, in the studio of Ada Pullini Brown, Janice DeLoof and Jean Towgood.

There was an installation by Sandra Rowe and K.C. Armstrong at the Brewery.
