Southern California Women’s Caucus for Art ScholarshipWe are seeking women who would like an opportunity to be part of a larger group but may lack the funds to do so. All those who are selected will be asked to make a commitment to participate in SCWCA events, which include meet ups and exhibitions and to complete the feedback report on an annual basis.
Students and early or mid-career artists who identify as women may apply for this scholarship, which includes a two-year membership in SCWCA ($150 value), a chance to participate in chapter exhibitions and other member events, an opportunity to receive mentoring (portfolio review, assistance with artist statement and other artist concerns), plus a one-time stipend of $150.
The award will be given to two (2) recipients each year. Be sure to sign, date and return the application to [email protected] by June 1.
